In these terms and conditions, “we” “us” and “our” refers to Ausey Pty. Ltd. These terms and conditions do not affect consumers’ statutory rights.
Ausey Pty Ltd is acting as an agent for the airlines. All bookings are subject to the airline’s terms and conditions.
Ausey Pty Ltd facilitates the bookings, payments and refunds between you and the airline.
Our services are provided to adults over the age of eighteen (18) years. By proceeding to purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age.
By proceeding to purchase a flight ticket through our website, you agree to the airline’s terms and conditions in addition to our general terms and conditions and a contract is made directly between you and the airline.
We charge your credit card when a booking confirmation is received from the airlines. We will email all booking details to confirm your booking has been accepted and completed. Your credit card details are charged on the day the booking is confirmed with the airlines. Depending on your contract with your credit card provider may charge additional bank fees for the transaction. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars.
You are responsible for providing accurate names as spelt in your passport(s) when you make the booking. Please check your itinerary carefully to make sure there are no mistakes in the confirmation from the airline. Some Airlines may decline to board passengers if the name on the booking does not correspond to your travel document/passport. This will result in no-refund.
Flight delays, schedule changes and cancellations are controlled by the airlines and is out of our control. It is advisable to check your flight status with your airlines 24 hours prior to departure. We do not accept any liability for any loss whatsoever whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of airlines who we have no direct control over.
We reserve all rights to accept or reject a booking
It is your responsibility to obtain travel insurance to cover yourself from flight cancellations and/or amendment fees. It is highly recommended to obtain insurance for medical cover while overseas.
Airline Ticket Rules
You are responsible for complying with all the ticket rules as set out during the booking. All ticket rules will have specific information regarding cancellations, refunds and amendments. This will be displayed during the booking.
Non-refundable tickets cannot be cancelled and the fare may be forfeited. A no-show will result in ticket cancellation and may not be refundable.
Check-in times and baggage rules are set-out in the ticket rules. Ausey Pty. Ltd. strongly advise reconfirming flight times with the airlines 24 hours before departure.
Additional fees will apply for any special requests. You are responsible for making sure you are not carrying any dangerous goods.
Airline Fare Price
All fares include the fare, applicable taxes and surcharges. Some additional taxes may apply during check-in or at the airport. It is your responsibility to pay for these taxes.
All fares and taxes are subject to change and the total price is not guaranteed until an airline confirmation or e-ticket is issued.
Airline reserves the right to change the fare price, tax, fare-condition and class of travel without any notice. Other restrictions may apply as set out by the airline.
Passport and Visa requirement
All passengers require a passport for International travel, regardless of destination, valid during the duration of your trip, and possibly an additional 6 months from your RETURN travel date.
All travellers travelling by an airline must obtain visas for international travel. Airliners may decline boarding to passengers if the traveller does not hold valid visas or written authority to travel to another destination.
Names on visas must match names on your passport. It is your responsibility to make sure that all names are correct. Ausey Pty. Ltd. accepts no responsibility for passengers declined to board an aircraft for any reason whatsoever.
All passports must have validity of 6 months for any travel on International Flights.
Cancellations and amendments
Cancellations, refunds and amendments are subject to ticketing rules as set out by the Airliner and are determined by the airlines. The rules will be available during the time of booking. It is your responsibility to check and agree to these rules before proceeding with the booking.
Some tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. Airlines will charge a cancellation or amendment fee for any changes that you may request. Ausey Pty. Ltd. will charge an administration fee for any cancellations and amendments in additions to the airline’s fees.
We will endeavour to assist with any refund from the airlines. Airline refunds can take up to 12 weeks to process and Ausey Pty. Ltd. has no control over this process.
Booking and Service Fee
Ausey Pty. Ltd. will charge a booking fee of $22 and service fee of 1.5% on total price to cover administration and credit card costs at the time of booking. This fee in non-refundable.
Our website accesses a huge amount of information from our supplier. Ausey Pty. Ltd. cannot guarantee the accuracy of these information. We endeavour to ensure that our information is current. We reserve the right to amend our information at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, any condition or warranty which would otherwise be implied into these terms and conditions is excluded.
To the full extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of an implied warranty or condition, at our option, is limited to the supply of the services again or payment of the costs of having those services resupplied to the value of the booking paid by the customer.
We accept no liability for any loss whatsoever including consequential loss suffered by you arising from services we have supplied.
Ausey Pty Ltd acts as a travel agent only. Ausey Pty Ltd sells various travel related products on behalf of numerous transports, accommodation and other wholesale service providers, such as airlines, coach, rail and cruise line operators. Our obligation is to make travel bookings on your behalf and to arrange relevant contracts between you and service providers. We have no responsibility for these services nor do we make or give any warranty or representation regarding their standard. All bookings are made subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by these service providers. Your legal recourse is against the specific provider and not us. If for any reason, any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted your remedy lies against the provider and not with us.
Please ensure you and your travelling companions are aware of the booking conditions, which apply to your travel arrangements. It is important that you understand the booking conditions, which cover cancellation or amendments to your plans, either prior to departure or during your trip. Please contact us for clarification of any aspect of your booking conditions. If you are making bookings on behalf of a couple or a group we will be happy to provide you with more than one copy of this confirmation if requested.
Ausey Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to change or modify all or any part of these terms and conditions by posting changes to the Site.
